A well-known affiliate network, ClickBank features digital products, such as e-books, software, and membership sites. The program reportedly offers up to 75% commissions on its tens of thousands of products. Commissions are paid weekly, and direct deposit is available to its affiliates.

Over the years, this network has remained popular, though some have questioned a few of its practices. Despite this, the company enjoys an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

7. MaxBounty

MaxBounty came in sixth in the 2012 Blue Book of Top 20 CPA Networks, though it didn’t make a showing in the Blue Book’s top 20 affiliate networks. In business since 2004, the network was founded on the philosophy of paying its affiliates more.

MaxBounty pays affiliate commissions weekly, and the company appears to have a good reputation among its affiliates. In fact, the network is popular among many top affiliate marketing programs and has received numerous positive reviews and write-ups and critiques over the past several years.

Final notes: Any time you join an affiliate marketing program it is important to do your investigation. I cannot say enough about that. There are guidelines in place to protect both affiliates and the companies offering the affiliate programs.

Anytime an affiliate program does not offer the publisher an opportunity to correct an issue it shows that the affiliate manager is working towards a different motive. Not paying an affiliate without an explanation is plain internet theft. Affiliate managers and companies are not the law, they are merely a person just like you and me. When a company steals from an affiliate there is not a low enough place in hell for that company. Currently, and I will take it to my grave, Link Share is a major no no in my book. Link Share system of terminating an affiliate relationship is a clear attempt to remove funds from an affiliate who worked hard to achieve their sales. When there is an issue of affiliate misconduct report it immediately. Link Share not only removes their affiliates for failure to click on their email links they also do so in an arbitrary fashion. They send an email that simply states, in accordance with Article 20. The article they refer to simply says either party may terminate the agreements. Attorney’s have litigated these matters, and you may be entitled to damages if the affiliate program terminated your agreement with pending sales, or tracking cookies in place.

Remember you own the blog, not the affiliate companies, and contracts are found to be illegal all of the time, and damages awarded.
